1.The price is for Euro or USD? How much is the shipping cost?
All price for USD, and the price has included shipping cost.
2.If have include the accessories as like GPS Antenna, power cable… etc?
All the machines have included the whole set of accessories, Power cable, GPS Antenna, IPod & USB Cables, User manual, etc..
3.What map will be used? Can be upgraded?
Will pre-install IGO8 or TOMTOM6 map, you can tell us what map you need when buying, the map will be installed in a 2 GB SD card, and insert into the machine, the map is for free, we won’t be responsible for the map upgraded, you can change your own map by yourself.
4.Is there just only one antenna for DVB-T in some machines “ACCESSORY choice”?
In some machines, DVB-T for the digital TV function have inserted to the machines, so there just one antenna for DVB-T in the accessories. Not mean only the antenna, but also digital TV function built-in.
5.Is it true for the products interface in the advertisement?
All the advertisement pictures are the true interface.
6.Where will you send the goods out? If can avoid the Customs Tax?
All the goods will be sent out from China, the destination for west Europe countries can be avoided the duties.
For other Europe countries, most of time (>95%) can be avoided the duties.
7.How can I pay? If you can accept credit card?

8.I can’t watch DVD, there is a warning on the screen, Help!
There have one cable named “brake” or “Parking” , should be connected to the negative (GND).
