1) If defective within 7 days (count from receiving date, not human-caused faulty), you could return it to us for replacement.
2) If defective between 8 days and 1 year, we will offer free repairing service.
3) In warranty period, the buyer is responsible for all shipping cost.
4) Please remember your Order N.O. when you make an order, it is very important for shipping and repairing.

Our certified technicians will test all items before shipment.

Damaged cases:
We check all our items before sending out. If you received a broken item, please keep all the package material, take photos and send to us immediately. We only accept these cases reported within 7 days since delivered date. We will help you to claim damage to the courier.
 
The item's warranty becomes invalid:
(1) If damaged is caused by: Undue wear & tear, dirt, misused, improper installation or operation, neglect, accident.
(2) If the warranty seal is removed or damaged.
(3) If the item was opened, removed any parts of the item or repaired by unauthorized person.
